Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and facilitating them to the appropriate person.
- Scheduling appointments and procedures.
- Confirming patient appointments.
- Managing patient charts to ensure they are up to date.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient flow and efficiency.
Required Skills, Tools, and Years of Experience
Requirements for this position include:
- Must have a dedicated work space (Desk or office).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1 year + experience in a medical office or office setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft, and general computer knowledge.
- Willingness to go the extra mile and take initiative.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and a strong problem solver.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish *MANDATORY*.
