Track Operations/Technology and Broadcast Supervisor at Autobahn Country Club
Overview:
We are looking for a Track Operations/Technology and Broadcast Supervisor to join our team at Autobahn Country Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining current track operations systems, implementing new technology, leading broadcast opportunities, and assisting with technology needs for the Autobahn Driver Academy.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain current track operations systems including but not limited to:
- Digital Safety Flags
- Camera System
- Broadcast Equipment
- Timing system
- PA systems
- Race Control software and technologies
- Implement new technology such as:
- Advanced Race Control software
- Daily track streaming on property
- Registration electronic ID systems
- Digital signage boards
- Expand production studio
- Digitize pit lane including electronic logs, camera views etc.
- Lead and develop broadcast opportunities including training and recruiting a team, assisting in sales for revenue opportunities, and leading broadcast events.
- Assist Autobahn Driver Academy with technology needs including upkeep of driving simulators.
- Develop and adhere to department budget, meeting with supervisors regularly for review.
- Assist Track Operations performing duties of Race Control and Flagging as needed.
Required skills, tools, and years of experience:
Experienced in Autobahn Club motorsports activities with computer training and skills in advanced technologies. Must demonstrate a high level of organizational skills, communication skills, and customer service skills. Must be able to work under time constraints, and occasionally long hours, primarily during days with multiple events and programs. A strong level of self-motivation and leadership experience is required.

Working hours with time zone:
The primary working season is March – November. There are management meetings in person and via zoom during the off season. Days off during the season are a factor of the schedule of member and client activities. Typically, every Monday is a day off in conjunction with other open or non-event days.
