Overview
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Brand Designer specializing in Editorial Design to join our team at Brandr. This role will focus on creating beautiful, high-end design work with a strong emphasis on editorial design, infographics, and information design.
Responsibilities
- The designer will work under the guidance of the agency's art director.
- The designer will craft beautiful editorial layouts and infographics from provided concepts.
- The candidate will work on multiple projects each week and prioritize tasks effectively.
- The candidate will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to explain design choices and workflow decisions.
Required Skills, Tools, and Years of Experience
- 3+ years of visual design experience in a brand or marketing-oriented role.
- Proficiency in layout, typography, and negative space usage for visually compelling designs.
- Ability to adapt to brand guidelines and contribute to their evolution.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design excellence at a mid-level.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle tight deadlines.
