Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and facilitating them to the appropriate person.
- Scheduling appointments and procedures.
- Confirming patient appointments.
- Managing patient charts to ensure they are up to date.
- Performing general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Collaborating with medical staff to ensure patient flow and efficiency.
- Comfortable collecting payments/balances over the phone.
- Confident dealing with different types of personalities while implementing office policies.
Required Skills, Tools, and Years of Experience
- Dedicated work space (desk/office).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1 year experience in a medical office or office setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable.
- Strong problem solver.
- Bi-lingual – English and Spanish MANDATORY.
