Entertainment Technology Intern at Musco Sports Lighting

Overview

The Musco Entertainment Engineering Team is currently seeking an Entertainment Technology Intern to work Hybrid out of our Oskaloosa office during the fall semester. This position will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced lighting control systems that elevate the spectator experience in sports arenas, stadiums, and entertainment venues. You will work closely with technical teams and on-site staff to ensure the seamless operation of our lighting control solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to produce lighting projects that optimize performance and visual impact.
• Create visually impactful effects and moments with recallable programming.
• Create visually impactful synced light shows with Video and Audio content.
• Utilize internal and externally available documentation to support the integration of various show technologies with Musco's system while maintaining security standards.

• A passion for bringing something unique to crowds and the entertainment sector.
• Applicant must be pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Technical Theater, Technology Management or Related.

Perks

Working Hours

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Monday to Friday.
