Overview
As a Customer Support Representative at Test, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and resolving their inquiries in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and troubleshooting guidance.
- Assist with order processing and after-sales support.
Required Skills, Tools, and Years of Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Experience using customer support tools such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or support role.
