Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Test, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and resolving their inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product information and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Assist with order processing and after-sales support.

Required Skills, Tools, and Years of Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Experience using customer support tools such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or support role.
