As an Executive Assistant at Meme, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the business. You will be the right hand to our leaders and help drive the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all EA functions including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team.
  • Assist with project management and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills, Tools, and Years of Experience

  • Prior EA experience in real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EA role.
