• Assist in managing material takeoffs, purchase orders, and schedules.
• Coordinate construction of properties being restored.
• Work closely with subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.

Required Skills, Tools, and Years of Experience

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in restoration, including a deep understanding of Xactimate and all AI tools commonly used in the industry.
