Overview:

We are looking for a talented Design Manager to join our team at Coca-Cola. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design strategy and execution of various projects within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of design across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept to completion
• Manage a team of designers and collaborate with other departments
• Develop design strategies and ensure brand consistency
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders

Required skills, tools, and years of experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a design leadership role
• PhD in a related field
• Proficient in design software and tools
