Near assigns you a dedicated recruiter who actively works your roles, learns your team, and handles every step before a candidate gets in front of you.

Near functions as an extension of your internal team, not a replacement for it. Your dedicated Near recruiter learns how your internal team operates, what your process looks like, and what your internal recruiters need most.

In most cases, that means Near handles sourcing and initial screening while your team focuses on final interviews and hiring decisions. If your internal process changes, Near adapts. The goal is to reduce the work on your side, not add another process for your team to manage.

Most clients receive their first shortlist within 3 to 5 business days of the kickoff call. The average time from kickoff to signed offer is 21 days.
