How Our Pricing Works
Hire With Near offers two pricing models to hire remote talent in Latin America. You get the same candidate pool, the same vetting, and the same video shortlists. The difference comes after you choose someone.
Not sure which would be best for you? We’ll explain both options on your free discovery call.
“Hire With Near offers the best pricing compared to other recruiting platforms.”
“The all-in cost was meaningfully below an equivalent onshore hire.”
“The flexibility to either have them run payroll or to buy out the contract upfront is a huge plus.”
What It Costs to Hire Great Remote Talent in Latin America
Unlike other agencies, with Hire With Near, you stay in control of setting compensation. We provide benchmarks. You set the offer.
These ranges are salaries only. And this is just a small sample of the roles we place. If a role can be done remotely, we can find the talent in Latin America. Add our fee, and your all-in cost still comes in up to 70% lower than hiring the same role in the US.

Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on which model fits you: a one-time placement fee if you hire directly, or a monthly fee if you'd rather we handle payroll, contracts, and compliance too. Either way, you'll always see what your hire earns and what goes to us, and you’ll get exact numbers on your discovery call.
You pay nothing unless you make a hire.
Direct hire means you employ the person yourself (for example through an EOR) and pay us a one-time placement fee. The staffing model means we handle payroll, contracts, and compliance on an ongoing basis, and you pay one monthly fee per hire. Same candidate pool, same vetting, same shortlist either way.
If you already have an EOR or international payroll set up, direct hire means you own the employment relationship. If you'd rather not build that infrastructure, the staffing model gives you one partner handling the recruiting and administrative side end to end. Most of our clients choose to have us handle payroll and compliance for them, as they prefer the ease of only having one partner to work with.
Not sure which would be right for you? We'll walk through both on your free discovery call.
You do. We give you benchmarks based on role, level, and location, drawn from a team that lives and works in Latin America. You decide what to offer and when to raise it. You are in complete control.
Yes. There are no upfront fees. We source, screen, and run initial interviews, then send you the top candidates so you can interview as many as you like.
You only pay if you make a hire. If you don’t hire anyone, you don’t pay anything.
Since we only get paid when you hire, it’s in our interest to send you candidates worth hiring.
Because a single fixed figure would be wrong for you more often than it would be right. Your all-in cost depends on several things: the role and seniority level, the country you’re hiring in (rates vary across Latin America, and the salary ranges on this page are an average across the region), which of our two models fits you, and a few choices within the fee itself.
That’s why we price your actual hire you are considering instead: the salary range for your role in the country you’re considering, what our fee would be, and how it all adds up. It’s a 20-minute conversation, not a sales pitch, and you’ll leave with numbers you can make the best decision with.
Some companies bundle everything, the salary, their fee, payroll, and compliance, into a single monthly rate. It looks simple, but it hides the detail that matters most: what your hire earns.
When the salary is invisible, you can’t set it, benchmark it, or use raises and bonuses to keep your best people. And if your hire lives somewhere with a lower cost of living, that difference stays inside the bundle instead of being passed on to you.
Our clients tell us they value having full control over salaries, and the transparency of seeing exactly what goes to their hire and what goes to us. So we keep the two separate: you set the salary, we charge our fee, and you always know which is which.
