What does zero-risk hiring mean?

If you don't make a hire, you don't pay anything. We don't charge upfront fees and we make pricing fully transparent once we have your role requirements.

How does your pricing work?

We charge a fee per hire due on the candidate's start date. It can be paid as a monthly fee or a one-time success fee. The fee changes slightly dependent on the role. Please reach out if you have any specific questions!

How do I pay candidates?

You can pay through us, use an in-house solution, or we can connect you with one of our global hiring partners.

How do I know I can trust your candidates?

We pre-vet all of our candidates for English fluency and clean resumes. We run reference calls and international criminal background checks. We’ll do our best to find a teammate you can stay with for the long term!

Do I need to sponsor candidates / issue a work Visa to hire in LatAm?

You don't. Candidates are not US-based and therefore don't need a visa/sponsorship to work.
