Andres Bahamon

Andres Bahamon is the VP of Marketing at Near, where he leads the marketing org and drives demand for Near's mission of helping US companies access top remote talent in Latin America. 

He has over 14 years of marketing experience across B2B SaaS and high-growth environments. His areas of expertise span SEO and LLM visibility, go-to-market strategy, lifecycle and paid programs, and building and scaling high-performing marketing teams in fully distributed environments.

Andres has built and led teams ranging from small pods to 15 direct reports, across full-time employees and contractors, with a reputation for hiring high performers and creating a performance culture that scales.

Throughout his career, he has built and scaled marketing programs that increased leads by more than 600% and supported 11× ARR growth.

Before joining Near, Andres held marketing leadership roles in SaaS and AI companies, including DeepLearning.AI. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising.
