Camila Nana is a Recruiter at Hire With Near with over six years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Before joining our team, she held IT recruiting roles at Cognizant, Accenture, and KAVER Consulting, where she managed end-to-end hiring processes, sourced candidates across multiple channels, and worked directly with hiring managers and business unit leaders at a local and global level.

At Hire With Near, she acts as a strategic advisor to US clients, guiding them on hiring strategy, role scoping, and candidate evaluation. She holds a degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA).
