Franco Pereyra

Franco Pereyra is the Co-Founder and COO of Near, where he leads sales and operations and has helped scale the company from zero to serving 700+ US businesses and placing 3,000+ Latin American professionals into remote roles.

His expertise spans the full picture of building remote teams across Latin America, from hiring strategy and team scaling to the payroll, compliance, and operational logistics that make distributed teams work in practice.

Before starting Near, Franco worked in investment banking and financial analysis in Argentina. That background informs his perspective on scaling finance teams and hiring accounting, FP&A, and financial operations talent across borders.

He holds degrees in Finance and International Commerce from UADE and Universidad Nacional de La Matanza.
