Hayden Cohen

Hayden Cohen is the CEO and Co-Founder of Near. Since co-founding Near in 2021, he and his co-founders have grown the company to support more than 700 US businesses and placed more than 3,000 Latin American professionals into remote roles.

Through his work leading Near, Hayden works closely with founders and hiring leaders to help them build and scale high-performing remote teams. His areas of expertise span entrepreneurship, scaling businesses, and advising companies on nearshore hiring strategies.

He has also built Near as a remote-first, fully distributed company, scaling the team to more than 60 employees across multiple countries. This gives him firsthand insight into the strategies and challenges involved in building and managing distributed teams.

Before founding Near, Hayden worked in business development and project management. He holds a BA from William & Mary.
