Hire With Near ranked No. 118 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. Magazine’s annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. That puts us in the top 2.4% of the 5,000 companies on this year’s list, with 2,421% revenue growth from 2022 to 2025.
Within the list, we ranked No. 1 among San Antonio companies, No. 14 in Texas, and No. 2 in the human resources category nationally.
That’s the news. But a ranking announcement on its own isn’t much use to anyone reading it. Knowing how to apply our strategy to your business, though, is.
What Does the Inc. 5000 Measure?
The Inc. 5000 ranks American companies by percentage revenue growth over a three-year period, in this case 2022 to 2025. To qualify, a company must be US-based, privately held, independent, and generate revenue by the start of the measurement window.
Past honorees include Microsoft, Meta, Oracle, Chobani, Patagonia, and more recently, Poppi and CoreWeave.
It measures one thing: how fast a company grew. And if a company is growing fast, there’s usually something to take away from their strategy.
How Hire With Near Has Grown So Fast
We made one decision early on that shaped everything after it. We built our own team by hiring exceptional people in Latin America: people who show up, own their results, and move things forward without needing to be managed into it.
That let us put genuinely strong talent in seats years earlier than we otherwise could have. We had senior people doing senior work at a stage when a company our size would normally still be waiting for the budget to justify them. They built the processes, won the accounts, and set the standard for everyone who came after them.
There’s no secret beyond that. We hired great people who take ownership and drive results, and that team is what produced the growth this ranking measures.
That same team is the one now dedicated to finding talent for our clients. Our recruiters are relentless about finding people who raise the bar for everyone around them and deliver beyond what they were hired for.
That’s where the compounding starts. A client hires someone we found, that person outperforms what the role asked for, and the client notices inside the first quarter. So they come back for the next hire, and the one after that. The large majority of the companies we work with hire with us more than once, and plenty of them send other companies our way before we’ve asked.
The numbers are downstream of that. More than 3,500 placements for more than 950 US companies, with a 97% fill rate across departments and seniority levels. Our 4.9 rating on G2, across more than 150 verified client reviews, comes back to the same few things: a recruiter who learned the business, stayed the point of contact, and consistently did more than the client expected.
That’s what hiring great people does. The work gets better, clients stay, and the growth compounds from there.
Why Does This Matter for Companies Hiring Right Now?
The reason I’m writing this at all is that the same approach is available to any company reading it.
Most of the companies that come to us already know they want to hire. What slows them down is the doubt that arrives right after: is now really the time, can we afford the caliber of person the role needs, or should we wait for the next funding round and revisit it next year?
I understand the hesitation. But everything we’ve experienced building Hire With Near points the other way. The right hires create growth. They aren’t a reward a company gives itself once the growth has already happened.
A US company that limits its search to one market limits how quickly it can build. Widening that search to Latin America changes what’s possible at the senior end. Teams can hire at the level their growth requires, with working hours that overlap the US day, at 30% to 70% below comparable US salaries.
That isn’t a discount on quality. Latin America has deep pools of experienced professionals across software engineering, finance, marketing, operations, and sales, and US companies are still early in competing for them.
I know it works, because it’s what we’ve done. The companies we work with now are doing the same thing: building the team their next stage needs earlier than they thought they could, then growing into it.
