The best staffing agencies in Colombia for a US company recruit in the Colombian market directly and are clear about whose team and payroll the hire joins. Nine firms clear that bar: Hire With Near, Adecco, BEON.tech, AgileEngine, ManpowerGroup, Michael Page, Korn Ferry, SGF Global, and Hays.
Colombia has become one of the most established hiring markets in Latin America for US companies. Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali have decades of BPO and shared-services infrastructure behind them, and Colombia's business hours line up closely with the US East Coast.
Most companies have already confirmed the talent and support exist. What's left is picking the firm that sources and employs that talent well.
This article covers what each firm specializes in, its track record in Colombia, and how the list was built, so you can see exactly what earned each firm a spot before deciding who to call.
How Did I Choose These Colombia Staffing Agencies?
For this list of the best staffing agencies in Colombia, I only included companies that clear one of two bars: a strong client rating, or a verifiable enterprise track record.
- Client rating: 4.5 or above from at least 50 client reviews on an established platform: G2, Clutch, Trustpilot, GoodFirms, or ClearlyRated (client ratings only).
- Enterprise track record: Large, recognizable enterprise clients and decades of industry-recognized global presence.
The second route applies when a firm's clients are proof enough on their own: big companies don't keep working with vendors who underdeliver, and that accountability is a stronger signal than a review score.
All nine of these firms help US companies hire in Colombia, not Colombian companies hiring locally.
Having hard parameters is important because of what a wrong hire costs to undo. According to Gallup's research on employee turnover, replacing an employee costs between 40% and 200% of their annual salary: roughly 40% for frontline staff, and around 200% for leaders and managers. Handing a search to the wrong firm can cost a full replacement cycle on top of the fee.
What Are the Best Staffing and Recruiting Agencies in Colombia for US Companies?
The nine best staffing firms in Colombia split along a line the brand names hide. Some are global staffing and recruiting brands with large Colombian operations, built mainly for Colombian and multinational employers. Others are nearshore specialists built for US buyers.
What separates them in practice is who employs the person: your company, with the hire on your own payroll, or the agency, which handles payroll and compliance while the person works with your team. In Hire With Near's analysis of 2,000+ conversations with US companies exploring hiring in Latin America, 12% were moving off an outsourcing arrangement. They wanted people on their own team rather than managed by a vendor.
We know we're included in this list, and of course we're biased. But there’s no objectively best company for everyone. The right fit depends on your roles, budget, timeline, and how you like to work. My goal is to provide clear information you can use to build a shortlist.
The table below compares the nine Colombia staffing agencies side by side, in no particular order. For each firm, it shows the model it sells, who employs the person under that model, the evidence behind its place on the list, and the situation it fits. What hiring in Colombia involves, from the talent pool to how a search runs, we cover separately.
Note: Because review scores change, I check each company's rating on its review platform regularly and update this list to match.
Hire With Near

Hire With Near is a full-service staffing and recruiting agency that helps US companies hire top-performing remote talent in Latin America across all departments and industries.
Nearshore staffing and recruiting is what we run across every function, from finance and sales to marketing, customer support, operations, and engineering. Staff augmentation and executive search are there when a search calls for them.
We offer two hiring models:
- With direct hire, the person joins your payroll and reports to you.
- With our full-service staffing model, payroll and compliance stay with us while you direct the work day to day.
Colombia is where we place more people than anywhere else. According to Hire With Near's 2026 State of LatAm Hiring Report, it accounted for 23% of our placements, making it our largest hiring market. Its greatest depth is in sales, accounting, and marketing.
We don't have a Colombian office. What we have is recruiters working the Colombian market every week and a talent pool of 160,000+ pre-vetted Latin American professionals, alongside fresh sourcing on every search. Your shortlist arrives with video introductions in 3 to 5 days, and most of our clients make a hire in under three weeks.
We fill 97% of the roles we take on and carry a client satisfaction score of 9.1, with 80% of our hires staying two or more years. Every placement carries a 180-day replacement guarantee, double the industry standard. On G2, clients return most often to the quality of the shortlist and how much screening the video introductions take off their plate.
We're ranked No. 118 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
ParkMobile is a great example of what we can accomplish. The parking platform, trusted in more than 4,200 cities across 21 countries, had run its back-end and platform work on third-party agency developers for years and wanted senior engineers in Colombia on its own team instead, in a market it had never recruited in.
We placed nine senior engineers at a 24-day average time-to-hire, with first shortlists inside a week. The company now saves more than $1 million annually compared to hiring the same roles in the US.
Watch ParkMobile's Talent Acquisition Lead share their experience in the video below:
Rating: 4.9/5 on G2 (160+ reviews)
Best for: Hire With Near fits a US company that wants full-time hires in Colombia working inside its own team, in one or more functions, working the same time as your US team.
Limitations: If you need temporary or operational staffing in Colombia at volume across a branch network, Adecco and ManpowerGroup run that at a scale we don't. If you want engineers the vendor employs and manages, that is what BEON.tech and AgileEngine are built for. And if your search is a C-level retained appointment, Korn Ferry does that work.
Adecco

Adecco sells four models:
- Temporary staffing: The worker is on Adecco's payroll, working under your direction.
- Direct hire: The person is placed onto your own payroll.
- Outsourcing: Adecco runs the work itself, as a separate engagement rather than placing someone on either payroll.
- Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO): Adecco manages your hiring process itself, rather than filling one role at a time.
In Colombia, Adecco runs 10 branches across 8 cities, with its head office in Bogotá, and its Colombian site carries a branch finder for locating the office nearest the role. That footprint makes it a practical choice for hiring in volume or outside the capital, or for filling temporary and permanent roles in parallel.
Rating: 4.5/5 on ClearlyRated (1,680+ reviews)
Best for: Adecco suits a company staffing at volume in Colombia, or running temporary and permanent hiring side by side, where branch coverage matters more than a specialist per role.
Limitations: A large generalist with broad reach, but that breadth cuts against specialization. Adecco operates through several sub-brands (Adecco, Modis, Spring Professional, LHH), so for a specialized or senior technical role, confirm which division is running your search before assuming deep expertise in that specific function.
BEON.tech

BEON.tech treats Colombia as a market of its own, focusing on staff augmentation: the firm handles the contracts, payroll, and compliance for the engineer, and you direct the day-to-day work. The professional works on your team without joining your payroll.
The company was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Buenos Aires. It runs a dedicated IT staff augmentation page for Colombia, which it lists among its talent hubs. It places software engineers only, so its fit is narrow and deep: an accountant or a sales lead in Bogotá is a search for another company on this list.
In its Clutch reviews, clients most often single out on-time delivery, the quality of the engineers, and open communication. They also mention engineers who integrate into the client's own team the way an in-house hire would.
If your Colombia hire is an engineer and you're weighing whether to bring them onto your own team, our guide to hiring developers in Colombia covers that side.
Rating: 4.9/5 on Clutch (70+ reviews)
Best for: BEON.tech fits a company that wants Colombia-based software engineers embedded in its team while the vendor keeps the contracts and payroll.
Limitations: Its operation runs out of Buenos Aires, with no confirmed local office or recruiter based in Colombia. If in-country presence matters to you, ask exactly who on the process (screening, interviews, onboarding) is based in Colombia.
AgileEngine

AgileEngine earned its spot for the strength of its client feedback and the shape of what it delivers. Its staff augmentation model works the way BEON.tech's does: AgileEngine employs the engineers, and you direct them. It leans toward dedicated engineering teams rather than one placement at a time, so it suits a workstream you want staffed as a unit.
Colombia is named in its Latin American delivery footprint, and its scope is software engineering only.
Its Clutch reviews praise the quality of the work, delivery on schedule, responsive communication, and engineers who slot in as an extension of the client's own team. Reviewers also note how readily the firm scales a team up or down.
AgileEngine also sells fully managed delivery, where the firm owns the outcome and runs the work with its own people. That’s a different engagement from adding engineers to your team, closer to outsourcing software development to Colombia. Before you sign, check which of the two the proposal describes.
Rating: 5.0/5 on Clutch (60+ reviews)
Best for: AgileEngine fits a company standing up a dedicated engineering squad in Colombia rather than making individual hires.
Limitations: Its own company history calls Colombia a “location launched” in 2020, but there's no published office address, and its named Recruiting Director is based in Buenos Aires, not Colombia. Worth confirming directly who leads sourcing for Colombian roles before assuming dedicated local depth.
ManpowerGroup

ManpowerGroup has operated in Colombia for more than four decades and runs 20+ offices in the country, including one in Bogotá.
It places people in more than one way: permanent placement puts the hire on your payroll, while temporary and project-based staffing keeps the worker on ManpowerGroup's payroll. Technology roles run through its Experis brand, and its Talent Solutions arm handles recruitment and related services.
Because the operation is built for scale, the practical question for you is who inside it would run your search. A single specialist hire and a large staffing program go to very different teams. It doesn't publish a Colombia-specific screening process, so ask how candidates are filtered before they reach you.
Track record: ManpowerGroup has operated in Colombia for more than 48 years and maintains a presence in more than 20 cities nationwide, part of a global staffing network spanning 80 countries.
Best for: ManpowerGroup fits permanent, temporary, and project staffing at scale in Colombia, including technology roles through Experis.
Limitations: ManpowerGroup's Colombia presence is broad rather than specialized, with more than 20 cities nationwide, but the company doesn't publish a specific office count. It also operates through several brands, so confirm which one runs your search before assuming deep expertise in a niche or senior role.
Michael Page

Michael Page works from a Bogotá office and runs a dedicated Colombian site. Its consultants cover finance, technology, sales and marketing, human resources, engineering, energy, healthcare, retail, and agroindustry. That combination is what a named white-collar search usually needs: a consultant who recruits one discipline in one market every day.
Its model is specialized permanent and contract recruitment, and for a permanent hire, the person it finds joins your payroll and reports to you. That makes it one of the strongest white-collar direct-hire options on the list.
The useful question to ask is which consultant covers your function, because the specialism decides who runs the search. For a contract placement, ask whose payroll the person would sit on.
Track record: A global recruitment brand founded in London in 1976, with a Bogotá office.
Best for: Michael Page fits a specialist white-collar hire in Colombia where you want a consultant who recruits that discipline locally.
Limitations: Not built for high-volume or operational hiring. As a global firm operating at PageGroup's standard fee structure, it's also likely to run at a higher cost than a boutique LatAm-focused firm, so confirm pricing before assuming it's the economical option.
Korn Ferry

Korn Ferry offers a specific type of service: retained executive search. That means the firm runs the search, and the executive it finds joins your team and your payroll. It works in Colombia from offices in both Bogotá and Medellín.
Korn Ferry is built for senior and C-level appointments, priced and paced accordingly. The talent consulting it wraps around a search covers assessment, succession, and how a leadership team is structured. That tends to matter when you're appointing into a gap you haven't filled before.
Its long record as a global executive search firm, with two Colombian offices, is what earns it a place here.
If a senior appointment is what you're weighing, our roundup of executive search firms across Latin America goes wider than one country.
Track record: A global executive search firm with offices in Bogotá and Medellín.
Best for: Korn Ferry fits a senior or C-level appointment in Colombia, and only that.
Limitations: Executive search is only one line of business inside a much larger organizational-consulting practice (assessment, leadership development, HR technology). Retained-search fees also tend to run high, with third-party estimates putting minimums around 80,000–100,000+ per engagement, likely more process and cost than a single mid-level Colombia hire needs.
SGF Global

SGF Global's Colombian presence is concrete. It has operated in the country for about 15 years, runs dedicated Colombia pages on its own site, holds a Colombian temporary-services entity, and works from a Bogotá office. That local structure is what lets it run temporary staffing in the country as well as recruit into it.
Its services split by whose payroll the person joins. Temporary staffing keeps the worker on SGF Global's payroll, while direct hire and headhunting place the person on yours. Payroll outsourcing is a separate commercial arrangement, run apart from the other three.
That range matters most for a specific kind of buyer: SGF Global also serves multinational employers and US buyers side by side, so name the model you want in the brief, since temporary staffing, direct hire, and payroll outsourcing are each priced and governed differently.
Its client roster backs this up: IBM, Unilever, and Dell are among the companies it's worked with, a list few firms its size can match.
Track record: Enterprise clients like IBM, Unilever, and Dell.
Best for: SGF Global fits enterprise or multinational hiring in Colombia, particularly where temporary and permanent roles run through one vendor.
Limitations: It spans 35+ countries, so its strength is breadth rather than deep specialization in Colombia specifically. It also has no ratings on independent review platforms. And with two Colombian staffing firms recently folded in (January 2026), it's worth asking whether your search would run through SGF's original 15-year Colombia team or through one of the newly acquired ones.
Hays

Hays earned its place for its long record in white-collar recruitment and the attention it pays to US companies setting up in Colombia. The firm dates to 1968 and operates in 33 countries, evidence that it's not a new entrant still learning the market.
Its Colombian site lists roles across Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali, and it works from a Bogotá office. Hays has also published a “Destination Colombia” report aimed squarely at US companies establishing a team in the country, covering permanent, contract, RPO, and volume hiring.
It recruits for permanent roles, where the hire joins your payroll, and handles contract and temporary placements, where the person stays on the agency's payroll. It also runs recruitment process outsourcing and volume hiring programs.
The firm's focus is professional and managerial recruitment, so it sits alongside Michael Page as a white-collar option, not a source of high-volume operational labor.
Track record: A global specialist recruiter since 1968, operating in 33 countries
Best for: Hays fits professional and managerial hires in Colombia, across Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali.
Limitations: Local presence is confirmed through named leadership and a country-specific domain, but I couldn't verify a physical Bogotá office address directly on Hays' own site the way I could for the others. Worth confirming exactly how the local team is structured before assuming a full office setup.

Final Thoughts
The questions worth asking every firm on this list are simple: when the person starts, whose team they are part of, who handles their payroll and compliance, and who do they answer to when something comes up? The table answers it for the model each firm sells. How involved the firm stays after the offer is signed is a question for a discovery call.
A RevOps lead at a mid-market software company described what the agency-managed answer feels like in practice:
The middleman is what's hard, because we don't manage them. They're managed by this agency. So it can be as simple as someone not going to work today because they're sick. It takes us a couple of hours, because they have to tell their manager, and the manager has to tell us.
If you're hiring in more than one country, our roundup of staffing firms that cover Latin America more broadly goes past Colombia, and we have the same list for Mexico and Argentina. For how a remote search runs, see our guide to hiring remotely in Latin America.
And if you'd rather look at the type of talent we can find for your business, get profiles of pre-vetted candidates. We'll share two or three sample professionals, with their experience, skills, and English level, no meeting and no commitment.
